Porcelain Doll

We were best friends,
We still are in your eyes,
I want to agree with you,
But in my eyes I'm a forgotten doll.

I'm like a frail doll of porcelain,
I use to be your favorite,
But then along came that NEW doll,
Now im left up on the shelf covered in dust.

You take HER for show and tell'
For your friends to gawk over her.
You take HER for walks,
For the world to see how great she is.

And what of me?
I've been abandon,
Cold and alone with dust bunnies for friends,
In my eyes, I've lost my Best Friend,
